  CaseFlow is fully HIPAA-compliant. SMS templates are generic until patient confirmation. No patient data is stored on consumer-facing systems. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all pilot practices.
• What if the pilot doesn't produce results?
  The pilot auto-cancels at 14 days — no charge beyond the $495 setup. You keep access to any recovered revenue data. But in practice, most pilots fill their first cancelled slot within 3 days of going live.
• Do I need IT approval to integrate?
  CaseFlow uses read-only schedule access via Athena, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, and Greenway — no IT approval cycle required. We provide a data export template and can import your waitlist directly.
• What happens after the 14-day pilot?
  You choose: upgrade to $2,495/month, switch to pay-per-recovery ($250/slot), or cancel. No pressure. If you upgrade, the $495 is credited toward month 1.
